Prior knowledge

Time around the Room

Students hunted around the room for 17 different clocks.
So clocks were tricky to read because they had second hands.

2nd graders are becoming very skilled at reading analog clocks!

Our Friday

Our Thankful Tree
Come in to school and see all the things second graders are thankful for.
Sharing our writing with the 1st graders and listening to what they have written.

Enjoying a science experiment

How much force will it take to move an object from it's resting place?

Ask a second grader about the other experiment we did on force in the gym  it was such fun!
